Here you will learn all about the process of making this tasty food, from the fermentation and drying of cocoa to the grinding and mixing, up until the final product is created and wrapped into its different presentations. And if that were not enough, at the end of the tour, everyone can enjoy a taste of our wide range of handmade chocolates, on the house.
After we will pass by the famous “Rusty Fish” to view/purchase incredible recycle products. Our guide will escort you to the Rum & Cake factory for another unique local tasting experience with delicious cake samples. On our way back we will stop at the Roatan color sign for group/family fun photos and selfies, woohoo!

Time for some delicious local rum & cake factory adventure, our guide will take you from the West End village to the “Rum Company”, for another delicious tasting experience. You will taste multiple options of local rum, my favorite one the coconut flavor, also cake base on rum, at the back of the factory is a great porch with an amazing ocean view that will make your day, also a small bar available providing tropical drinks.
